The tooling exists to provision infrastructure. The tooling exists to monitor it. But nothing had been built to reason about it, to hold the full picture of what it is supposed to be, what it actually is, and what to do when those two things diverge.
So we built it. From first principles, with native AI, and no legacy architecture to work around. One entry point, and a platform behind it that changes what enterprise infrastructure operations can look like.

Co-Founder, CEO: Suzanne Taves
Suzanne is a repeat founder and enterprise operator with 20+ years building and scaling complex initiatives across technology, human-centered design, and organizational strategy.
She dedicated four years to Meta's XR Hub Leadership Team, leading global strategy for how the metaverse could impact employee health and wellbeing. She took that program from 2 enterprise pilots to 100+, selecting and running each pilot using IDEO human-centered design methodology, the same discipline she applies to product, go-to-market, and fundraising at Visos every day. That work was featured in Forbes.
IDEO-trained founders think differently. They start with the human problem, validate before building, and design for adoption from the first conversation. That methodology shaped Visos from the ground up, from the 100+ research interviews that informed the product to the way we approach every enterprise relationship.
She has co-founded three companies. Service Squared is a professional services firm operating across two offices with $4M+ ARR. Mindful Management is a PEO spin-off supporting mental health clinics across 17 states with 500+ therapists employed and Visos.
She was honored by the Mayors of San Francisco and San Jose for nonprofit leadership.
Co-Founder, CTO: Maximus Blackbourne
Maximus is co-founder and CTO of Visos, where he is responsible for the platform's architecture, product design, and engineering.
Maximus spent over 15 years building the technical capabilities that Visos later brought together, including AI-based penetration testing and cognitive security systems, autonomous cyber defense and GRC tooling, sealed networking for classified defense systems and custom cloud, data, and security automation for enterprise and financial clients. He began applying that work directly to what would become Visos in 2022, building the first prototype in 2024 and founding the company with Suzanne in 2025.
Prior to Visos, Maximus held technical and consulting roles at Lockheed Martin, Zions Bank, Meta, and Western Governors University, working across defense, finance, and technology. At Lockheed Martin, he built custom mission planning and 3D laydown systems and contributed to the company's hypersonic visualization program. At Meta, he worked on Oculus security and built and tested 3D worlds for the metaverse. He met Suzanne while serving as a technical lead on one of her XR Hub pilots.
Maximus holds MIT certifications in cybersecurity and mathematics and a Stanford certification in computer science. He has published zero-day research and contributed to the NSA Emissary framework.
Advisor: Dr. Matt Purkeypile
Dr. Purkeypile holds a PhD in Computer Science with a concentration in Quantum Computing and a Master's in Applied AI. His academic credentials sit at the precise technical frontier that Visos is built on.
He spent six years as Engineering Manager at Meta overseeing global collaboration infrastructure and 60+ engineers. He has made enterprise infrastructure buying decisions at scale and has direct insight into what CTOs and VPs of Engineering actually need.
