Suzanne Taves is an operator and enterprise go-to-market leader with 20+ years of experience scaling complex initiatives across technology, nonprofit, and human-centered design.
At Meta, she served on the XR Hub Leadership Team, scaling the program from 2 pilot programs to 100+ successful pilots in 18 months. She led a team of 17 project managers, developed and executed the global XR strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, and drove cross-functional coordination across legal, purchasing, Reality Labs, and People operations. She navigated complex data privacy challenges, managed vendor relationships, and applied human-centered design methodology to research and pilot XR use cases for employee health and well-being. That work was featured in Forbes.
Before Meta, she spent two decades in HR and operations navigating complex organizations.
She brings an unusual fundraising edge. An 8-year nonprofit career raising millions for charitable organizations taught her the same discipline enterprise sales requires: earning trust, making the case, and closing when the stakes are high.
IDEO-trained in human-centered design, she applied that methodology to shape VisOS from the ground up. Suzanne leads strategy, finance, HR, go-to-market, and investor relations.

Maximus Blackbourne is a technical founder and systems architect with 20+ years of experience designing and operating complex cloud, security, and distributed systems across defense, aerospace, and financial services, including Lockheed Martin.
He and Suzanne met at Meta, where he was a technical lead on one of her XR Hub pilots. That collaboration planted the seed for VisOS.
He repeatedly hit the same wall: cloud infrastructure was impossible to visualize and therefore impossible to fully explain, understand, or control.
When AI matured enough to finally solve that problem, he built the tool he always needed.
Maximus built VisOS from first principles as an AI-native system. Every module is written in Rust. The reasoning engine is his. The post-quantum cryptographic architecture is his. He completed a full NIST 800-53 gap assessment across all 2,000 controls and an ITAR exposure analysis on VisNet and VisSec.
As CTO, Maximus leads product, platform architecture, and technical diligence with a focus on correctness, explainability, and long-term defensibility.
We've both been in the room when infrastructure breaks at scale. We've seen the 2AM calls, the war rooms, the postmortems that trace back to a single config change nobody caught in time.
The tooling exists to provision infrastructure.
The tooling exists to monitor it.
But nothing had been built to reason about it — to hold the full picture of what it's supposed to be, what it actually is, and what to do when those two things diverge.
So we built it. Months of design research. First principles architecture.
One entry point — VisDrift — and a platform behind it that changes what enterprise infrastructure operations can look like.
